Revision priorities

Give Mara the decisive action in the climax and let Deck absorb the consequence on screen.

Team context

Collaboration starts with knowing which material is current.

A shared report is only useful when the team knows which draft created it, who can change it, and whether the source has moved forward.

Organizations and teams

Group people around the slate and the way the company works. Organization and team roles separate administration from everyday participation.

Permissioned sharing

Share eligible artifacts with a person or team as a viewer or editor while keeping the underlying customer material inside the authenticated workspace.

History that stays legible

Source versions, artifact versions, checkpoints, and update signals help the team understand what changed and what still reflects an older draft.

How it works

Bring the slate, the team, and the work together.

Prescene organizes collaboration around the material and the outputs people actually need to review.

  1. 01

    Create the organization and teams

Assign owners, admins, and members, then group people around a writers room, development team, production, or another working unit.

  2. 02

    Keep titles and sources organized

Add films, series, episodes, and revisions under the right title so shared work begins from a known source.

  3. 03

Share the result with the right access

Grant viewer or editor access to eligible artifacts, preserve saved versions, and update the work when the script changes.

FAQ

Questions about collaboration

Does Prescene support organizations and teams?

Yes. Prescene includes organization and team structures with owner, admin, and member roles. Enterprise configuration and provisioning are handled with the Prescene team.

Can two people edit the same result?

Eligible artifacts can be shared with viewer or editor access. Editing uses autosave and saved versions; real-time screenplay co-writing is a separate capability from artifact sharing.

Does shared work remember its source?

Yes. Generated artifacts record the exact draft behind them so the team can tell when a later revision makes existing work out of date.

Can outside guests access a public link?

Customer share pages are not public or indexable today. Access is authenticated and permissioned inside Prescene.
